Kimmie: No, I didn't make it up, it's a traditional Mexican dish I see on a lot of menus in these parts. Usually the tortillas are sauteed in whatever sauce you're using until they're a little limp. But I like them crunchy, so instead I just drizzle taco sauce on there.
Holy crap this looks tasty. I'll take back every bad thing I ever said about you if you make me this. I'll even consider helping you clear the table afterward so you commence with doing the dishes. I swear, my selfless generosity just astounds me sometimes.
